Prepared by our own catering chefs using only the freshest ingredients, and delivered on-time with professional attention to detail and presentation, we can take your special event or everyday meeting beyond the ordinary. Our team of consultants will process your catering orders, assist you with menu selections and even coordinate your special requests. Although we suggest that you order the day prior to delivery, we recognize this is not always possible and we will do our best to accommodate same-day orders. We do require 24 hours notice for faxed, web or e-mail orders. Payment We accept corporate checks, cash, major credit cards,  (MasterCard, Visa and American Express) and are able to set-up CVC Corporate accounts for our frequent catering customers. Please note that all orders over $1500 require half payment prior to delivery. Cancellations A fee will be applied to all orders cancelled with less than 24 hours notice.
